The things salon owners ask

Do I need to know anything technical?+

None at all. You send your photos, services and prices. We build the whole thing and put it live. When you want a change, you email and we do it.

How long does it take?+

About a week from the moment you send your photos and details. Often sooner.

Can clients book through it?+

Yes. We link your site to whatever you already use, like Fresha, Treatwell or Booksy, or your own number. One tap and they are booking.

What is the £20 a month for?+

It covers the ongoing maintenance: keeping your site online, fast, backed up and secure, and making any updates or changes you need. The one thing it does not include is your domain name, which is separate (see below). Cancel any time.

Do I need my own domain name?+

If you already have a web address (like yoursalon.co.uk), we point your new site to it at no extra cost. If you do not have one yet, you will need one, they are usually around £10 to £15 a year. We can register and set it up for you and simply add it to your bill at cost, once to buy it and then the small yearly renewal. Either way, we handle all the technical side.

Do I own my website?+

Yes. Your website, your web address, your content. We host it and look after it for you.
