The idea
One promise, kept immediately.
Your words, your camera, one take. The entire product is that sentence, and the site exists to get you to it in about five seconds.
Free tools live or die on the gap between landing and using. Every signup field, every onboarding step and every explanatory paragraph in that gap costs you most of your users.
The direction
Make a free tool look expensive.
Free products usually look free, which quietly tells people the output will be too. This one is deep navy and violet, with a lit product mock and a lot of dark space around it.
It reads like paid software with a generous free tier, which changes how much people trust it with something as exposing as their own face.
The build
Nothing leaves the device.
Recording and video processing run entirely in the browser. Your footage never travels to a server, which removes the privacy objection that stops most people from trying a tool like this, and removes our hosting costs at the same time.
It is a good example of a technical decision that is simultaneously the marketing message. "Nothing uploaded" is a feature, a reassurance and an architecture.
Why it is in this portfolio
Ruthless simplicity is a capability.
Anyone can add. The harder discipline is shipping something that does one thing, says one thing, and gets out of the way.
